We, as a supplier of blank number plate media and number plate manufacturing equipment, are required by law to be satisfied that the people and or companies we supply are registered with the DVLA as a number plate supplier.
If you’re registered then all you need to do is call or sales team who will take your order and check that your delivery address is registered with the DVLA. We will also need your RNPS number.
If you’re not registered then you’ll need to register before we can supply you, if you need help with this just give our team a call.
There is a one off fee of £40.00 to register. There are two ways to register: online and by post. To register by post the V940 Application Form provided to:

RECORDS
All registered number plate suppliers must keep records of the number plates they supply along with numbers takes from the documents used by the customer to obtain the number plates as well as the customers address.
All our systems are supplied with a record keeping file and information detailing what should be recorded and how long for. More information can be found on the DVLA website.
DISPLAY OF VEHICLE REGISTRATION MARKS
Vehicle registration marks must be displayed in accordance with The Road Vehicles (Display of Registration Marks) Regulations 2001.
